Respect for Intellectual Property

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our discretion if we believe the user has infringed the copyrights of others.

Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Before submitting a DMCA notice, please ensure your claim is valid.
