What is the commitment period?

Pro memberships carry a three-month minimum so we can maintain coverage. After that you can cancel anytime.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If your first payment posts in error, email support@slotstrat.com within 24 hours for a full refund.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and most debit cards via Stripe.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes—monthly and annual plans auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Use “Forgot password” on /auth/signin. Reset links expire after 30 minutes for security.

Can I share my login?

No. Accounts are single-user only. Sharing violates the Member Agreement and results in termination.

Flag it in the guide. We verify submissions against field logs before publishing corrections.

What do sample guides include?
