How do I upgrade my subscription?
Head to /account → Membership. Upgrades happen immediately and your billing date stays the same.
What is the commitment period?
Pro memberships carry a three-month minimum so we can maintain coverage. After that you can cancel anytime.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If your first payment posts in error, email support@slotstrat.com within 24 hours for a full refund.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and most debit cards via Stripe.
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes—monthly and annual plans auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

How many devices can I use?
Unlimited devices, one active session at a time. Simultaneous logins trigger an automated lock.
What do I need to join?
Be 21+, use a real identity, and show legitimate AP intent. Most approvals complete in under 24 hours.
Forgot your password?
Use “Forgot password” on /auth/signin. Reset links expire after 30 minutes for security.
Can I share my login?
No. Accounts are single-user only. Sharing violates the Member Agreement and results in termination.

How often are guides updated?
We refresh meters, firmware notes, and trap warnings weekly. Emergency updates hit the community feed in real time.
Can I suggest a new game?
Yes. Use the “Suggest intel” button inside any guide or email support@slotstrat.com.
What if a guide has incorrect information?
Flag it in the guide. We verify submissions against field logs before publishing corrections.
What do sample guides include?
Intro copy, Quick Check, and partial thresholds. Pro membership unlocks the full strategy and calculators.

How accurate are the calculators?
They use the same formulas our internal crew uses, but accuracy depends on precise inputs (denom, meter rate, etc.).
Where are the assumptions listed?
Each calculator ships with an info modal outlining methodology, defaults, and caveats.
Can I save and export results?
Pro members can bookmark calculations and export CSV files for bankroll tracking.

How do I add a casino?
Submit it directly from the map. We verify submissions against state databases before publishing.
Is location data shared?
Never. Location stays on your device unless you explicitly share a pin with teammates.
How does route optimization work?
Select up to six casinos and click Optimize Route. Export the GPX/CSV to Apple Maps, Google Maps, or share with crews.
