What gets deleted
When we process a deletion request, these data classes are purged from primary and backup systems.
- Profile data (name, email, avatar, OAuth identifiers)
- Subscription + billing history (after financial retention obligations expire)
- Guide history, calculator saves, and reminder data
- Referrals, payouts, and invite codes
- Community posts, uploads, and reactions
- Session logs and device fingerprints tied to your account
Irreversible
This action cannot be undone
Once deletion completes, all SlotStrat data tied to your account is removed. We cannot recover guides, map pins, referral earnings, or historical invoices.
Process
How to request deletion
Email support@slotstrat.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Include the email on file and a short confirmation that you want all SlotStrat data removed.
Optional: ask for an export of your data before deletion—we’ll provide what we can while respecting other members’ privacy.
Timeline
What to expect
- We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- Account is suspended immediately to prevent fresh data.
- Deletion completes within 30 days (so we can satisfy Stripe ledger requirements).
- We send a final confirmation email once removal is complete.
