Request Data Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your SlotStrat account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to Request

Email dez@slotstrat.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your account.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your email address and account credentials
  • Subscription and payment records (Stripe records are retained by Stripe per their policy)
  • Saved routes and favorites
  • Usage analytics tied to your account

Timeline

We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been removed. Active subscriptions will be cancelled before deletion.
